Business Boot Camp
South Metro Denver Business Boot Camp is a seven-month program designed to help inspire established businesses to grow and prosper to their highest potential. This program is based upon the Estrada Strategies Core Disciplines of Business™. Participants will attend a series of high impact business training sessions with business coach Mike Tafoya of Estrada Strategies to establish their future growth strategies and create a plan to implement these strategies.
This program will help business owners:
- Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to sustain growth
- Learn how to read and interpret financials to impact real change on revenues, profits, and net worth
- Get more business through government channels
- Recruit, hire, and develop the right employees to get desired results
- Create a culture that inspires employees, clients, and the community they serve
- Develop strategies and methods to navigate the technology age from internet security to social media
- Put everything together for sustained success
The ideal candidate must meet these criteria:
- 3-10 years in business
- 5-50 employees
- Gross annual revenues of $500,000 to $5 million
- Able to attend one, 3-hour group coaching session per month, in addition to periodic one-on-one mentoring sessions
Application Process:
- Written application submitted
- Qualified applicants will be interviewed
- Six applicants selected for the 2011 program
- Final candidates will begin training sessions in Summer 2011
