  Innovative hands-on and interactive retail workshops to help individual retailers develop custom merchandising, customer service and promotional plans for their businesses. Designed for small independent retailers who are committed to improving their businesses.
• Seminars and Forums for Existing Business
  Stimulating seminars to help business owners capitalize on their current foundation and move forward to achieve greater business objectives. Emphasis is on best practices and strategies for sustained success in general management and planning, human resources,marketing/sales and finance/financial management
• Vet BizBuilder
  Entrepreneurial training for veterans, spouses and family members of veterans, as well as retired and active duty military, reservists, employees of veteran-owned businesses and all dependents. The program is designed to provide the tools needed for success during the startup phase of a business. The 9-hour course focuses on planning, budgeting, start-up, marketing, finance and operations. Included in this veteran specific curriculum are transitioning form the military, opportunities to sell to the government and specific benefits for veterans starting a small business.

  Ongoing workshops covering the basics of starting a business and an overview of writing a business plan
